- Went grocery shopping the other day and walked past a group of males without fearing they would say something vulgar..or inappropriate.
- Helped myself refrain from saying something that I would regret afterwards
- Shared some of my favourite things/food with people I love just for the sake of pleasing Allah
- Islam helped me realized there are SO many things are far more important than pleasing the people around you and reminded me how exhausting it was to please other people.
